I work in an approach called Existential Analysis. We believe that everyone has the inner strength to create a fulfilling life. By tapping into your inner resources and understanding the meaning of your life, you can find own unique path to happiness and harmony. I support my clients with respect and genuine interest, helping them recognize their resources and true desires.
Specialization
I specialize in helping people adapt to immigration. I work with adults of all ages, assisting them in coping with the challenges of moving to a new country. During the adaptation process, issues like depression, anxiety, and social isolation often arise. Many also face everyday challenges in their new environment. My goal is to support my clients through these difficulties, helping them find their inner resources and peace in new surroundings. Sessions are possible in English and Russian.
Qualifications
I graduated from the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MGPPU) in 2015 with a master's degree in psychological counseling. In 2018, I completed a course at the International Institute of Existential Analysis (GLE). I continuously enhance my skills and deepen knowledge in psychotherapy to ensure I provide the best care for my clients. Currently, I am furthering my studies at the International University of Existential Analysis in clinical therapy. I am an active member of the Association of Existential-Analytic Psychologists and Psychotherapists (AÉAPP). I continue to train in other approaches, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which keeps me up to date with the latest advancements and methods in my field. Additionally for the last 7 years I am an expat myself, adjusting to life in Netherlands.
Services
1 hour in person meeting in a cozy (and private or comfortable) location in Amsterdam or Hoorn. During the consultation we will discuss the difficulties you face during adaptation in a new country and work on solutions. In our first consultation we will also agree on the number of sessions needed based on your situation.
1 hour meeting with me via video call, gives you opportunity to seek help while staying in comfortable home environment. To make scheduling sessions easier I work with clients in the time zone CET +/- 2 hours.
An alternate coaching format, which allows you to meet people with similar difficulties. Here you can share your experiences, exchange solutions, and find the support to move forward. Currently I am working with 2 different organisations in such format:
Support group for asylum seekers — together with FreeRussia NL
Support group for expat parents — together with Russian School in Rijswijk
